Sometimes when two people from your house are away on a holiday, then it can get quiet and you may begin to miss them. However, NOT when delicious, scrumptious food is being served and you can actually eat to your full!
These are Lahmachuns. Turkish dishes which we enjoy from the local restaurant but today, my mum made them at home. Delicious! Come on over for some, there may be one left in the oven…maybe….
Please save me a slice 😀

Once I (finally-sorry to those who are waiting) get the recipe up, you can make them yourself 🙂 For no one should have to miss lahmachun if they are craving it!

I am not good at cooking 😦 It is not going to be the same as the ones I ate in Turkey !

Haha oh well! If you have any local Turkish shops, they usually sell them though I’m not sure how they compare to those in Turkey

They taste very different and they are obsessed with that yoghurt sauce and putting doner meat into the lahmacun 😀 Riddiculus inventions I have never seen in Turkey 😀 But still, thanks for the recipe 🙂

Haha these crazy inventions are probably because they want to appeal to people here. In north London, there are quite a few restaurants which sell nice lahmachun without any additions.

Sure 🙂 I could not find any in Barcelona yet !

It is nice to see that I am not the only person who knows what Lamachun is!! I ate so many of these when I was newly married because my mother in law makes them, that when I look at them now I am just a little bit wary of them!!

Haha! Sick of lahmachuns, oh no! Maybe after a long break from them, you’ll come back eager to eat these delightful things 😀

lol, maybe! I think it is like anything…if you eat too much of something you just don’t want them anymore! lol

True. Although, I hope that never happens between me and noodles. That bond is sacred.
