Crouching behind a rock,
Shelter in the storm
Of words, yells and abuse
Of kicks, punches and misuse,
Safe.
As it swirls all around
Whipped into a frenzy like a tornado
But in the eye behind the rock,
It is all calm.
Relaxed, content and a refuge,
Till it creaks
And a howl slips through
Turning the rock to ice
Danger.
Honestly, I really am enjoying how your blog has a primary focus, but you also allow us to see a little bit into your thoughts on a more, I don’t know, ahhhhh what’s the word…I don’t know! Because it is lovely to see, you know, education related posts, but then to see these poems and all that. It’s appreciated π
Just a thought.

Such a lovely comment π Thank you! Sometimes I do think hmm should I even blog this as it isn’t really to do with anything education related but then I allow myself to. It also helps show that yes students are worried but we are also capable of enjoying our lives and it’s what we aim to do.
So it is really nice to know you enjoy that aspect of my blog so thank you for the thought π
